Have you checked for system updates?: YesĪll I did was launch Steam, it downloaded updates as usual, but when it got to the 'verifying install' part after restarting the client after updates, all it did was show the steam start-up window for about a second before closing, when I opened the terminal and started Steam through the terminal I got this output: Running Steam on ubuntu 20.04 64-bit.

Steam client version: Latest? (It did download updates upon first launch).
